Return Process

  Securely place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact.

  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
